This year, we combined Easter and Leah's 4th birthday party, so it was a fun filled and busy weekend.
We started by blowing up balloons for Leah's party...
When cousin Alex arrived, it was time to colour eggs!
The Easter bunny (helped by Uncle Adam and Uncle John) left LOTS of chocolate eggs around the lawns, but it took a little help to find them all. Evan got an overview of the process, so he'll be ready for next year.
Later, Leah experienced her first ride in a rowboat, courtesy of Captain Adam.
Finally, it was time for birthday cake and presents, and a bit of a fashion show...
A good time was had by all!
Next day, we all pitched in outside to do some heavy-duty brush clearing and we wore Poppa out!
Afterwards, there was MORE chocolate, but eventually the basket was empty. Never mind, room for next year's finds!!
